Choosing the Best Fish Oil Supplement

How do you go about finding the best fish oil supplement for you?

There is no doubt that fish oil supplements offer wonderful health benefits. The trouble is, there are so many different fish oils to choose from, and not all of them are created equally.

Top quality fish oils contain:

DHA and EPA. These are important Omega 3 fatty acids, typically found in cold water fish such as salmon.

DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid)
